A PROMINENT professor has been named as a new non-executive director of the Royal Free Hospitals NHS Trust.
Prof Anthony Schapira, who has worked at the hospital for 21 years in neurology and is also vice dean of University College London Medical School.
His research focuses on degenerative diseases including Parkinson's and he is replacigng Prof Humphrey Hodgson on the trust board, which pays £6,096-a-year.
