Plenty of goals in youth team fixture

Steff Mackenzie and Keith Jones scored two goals apiece to help Pinner Albion's U16s to a 5-0 Harrow Youth League Cup First Round victory over Reno Rovers.

John Bowden was the other Albion player to find the net on a muddy pitch on which Simon Marty, Neil Kennedy and Ali Alfadhi all turned in creditable displays.

Brendon Sheenon hit a hat-trick whilst at the other end 'keeper Chris Callaghan gave an acrobatic display to keep the opponents at bay as the U8s trounced Ruislip Town 4 - 0. Daniel Parker scored the other goal. Aiamon Davitt and David Magro did well in the outfield.

Albion's U7s beat Bessley Park Rangers 3 - 1. Pinner Albion, Harrow's largest soccer club, runs teams for all age groups from under-sevens to under-18s together with a senior side in the Middlesex County League.

They are currently looking for a manager for the U7s and additional playing staff for the U10s.

o Four goals from John McPartland helped Kodak U9s to a 7-0 victory over Bessingby Park Rangers. Ryan Horley, Omair Ahmed and Thomas Gladdy were also on target.

o Kodak U15s came from 2-1 down to extend their unbeaten run with a 3-2 win over a skilful Pinnstars side thanks to two second-half goals from man of the match Magdi Badham.

o John Kwami and Thomas Burke were the scorers as St Joseph's Youth U14s beat Yeading A 2-1. Matthew Pipkin was outstanding in midfield.

An excellent 18-yard left foot volley from John Paul Ward and a late goal from Kieran Andrew secured a 2-1 win for the U13s over Pinner United. David Taylor and John Paul Ward controlled the midfield and Michael Burwood was strong at the back.

The U12s went on a goal spree routing Rayners Lane 11-0. Man of the Match Terry Card (4), Terry O'Brian (4), Euginio Da Costa, John Maher and Andrew Harper scored the goals.

Jack Crehan scored the only goal for the U9s C team which lost 3-1 to St. Andrews' B. Kevin Bowles was man of the match.

The U8s put six goals past Northolt Villa without reply. Christopher Brosnan, 2, Daniel Lake, Barny Adams, Kieran Monahan and Connor O'Connor were the scorers.

The U11s lost two of their key players through injury in the first half, but still went on to beat South Ruislip Rangers 3-0.

o The ever-improving Pinner United U14's enjoyed a well deserved 8-3 victory over Sudbury Court. Four goals came from man of the match Ashley Henry while Luke Moxon-Perry and Abdi Ismail took two apiece.

The Under 12 Colts were beaten 6-0 by West Drayton Boys Club. Man of the match Stuart Ward and Alex Barrett both excelled.

A below par Under 12's Youth could only manage a 2-2 draw with Forest. Gareth Long and Daniel O'Connor netted while Bobby Ellington was man of the match.

Pinner United U13's narrowly lost 1-2 to St Joseph's. Oliver Leslie scored and Michael Cox, James Heward and man of the match Robert Hodgson excelled.

Andy Hill was in tremendous form netting five as Pinner United U15 Youth won 7-3 against Headstone Manor.

Super subs Warren Dawes and Adam Heanen completed the scoring while Jamie Greig was outstanding.

Pinner United U15 Colts went goal crazy beating Abbey Youth 11-3. Tom Stevenson 5, Daniel Hurst 3, Alex Wyatt, Craig Ward, and Asos Askari were all on target. Man of the match was Ryan Bowden.

The Under 8's continued their excellent run with an 8-1 victory over Court Park Colts. Goals came from Darryl Greaves 2, Robert Gradwell 2, Matthew Hill, Dean Bailey, Jack O'Shea and man of the match Gary Howes.

Pinner Utd U9's were beaten 0-2 by Headstone Manor. Marcus Neil, Karik Isichei, Lewis Whoriskey and man of the match Dominic Franklin all shone.

Steven Killeen took man of the match as Pinner United U10's lost 1-4 to Parkfield. Jon Hubbard got the consolation goal.
