A teenager allegedly stole the memory card from a traffic warden’s camera whilst being given a parking ticket in Barnet.
19-year-old Ricardo Williams from Barnard Hill, Haringey, landed the fine outside Dollis Park in Finchley on Friday, February 10.
The parking enforcement officer put the ticket on his car and took a photo. Mr Williams allegedly then stole the memory card and drove off.
He was charged with robbery yesterday and is bailed to appear at Hendon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 27.
