Campaigners have organised a celebration to mark another year they have managed to save Friern Barnet Library from closure.
The Save Friern Barnet Library group have organised story readings and children’s games, on the green outside the library, in Friern Barnet Road, from 2pm until 4pm tomorrow.
The pressure group is opposed to Barnet Council’s plans to close libraries in Friern Barnet and North Finchley and transferring their services to the Artsdepot, in Nether Street.
