Saracens have been drawn with four times chammpions Toulouse in the pool stages of the Heineken Cup, along with Irish side Connacht and Italy's Zebre.
Toulouse, who finished third in the Top 14 last season and lost to Toulon in the play-off semi-finals, won the Heineken Cup in 1996, 2003, 2005 and 2010.
Sarries will expect to battle it out with the French side for the top spot in Pool Three while Connacht and Zebre should provide more straightforward tests.
The Men in Black lost to tournament winners Toulon in last season's semi-final.
