Hendon started the new year top of the pile after claiming a 33-16 win against Watford on Saturday at Allianz Park.
From their first visit into Watford's half, Hendon took the lead as Cian Hynes kicked a penalty before John Paul Cremin went over the whitewash.
Watford soon pulled back three points with a penalty of their own but Hynes was on target again to make it 11-3.
Hynes kicked his third penalty before the break to put Hendon 14-8 up at half time.
Watford started stronger in the second half and kicked another penalty to reduce the deficit. However Cremin ran in his second score to make it 19-11.
Terry Gilbride then crashed through to score, Hynes converting to strengthen Hendon's lead.
Mike Evans Jones charged home from 40 metres with a handful of minutes left; Hynes converting to complete the win.
Hendon travel to Uxbridge next Saturday.
Barnet Elizabethans started 2015 with a return to winning ways, breezing past Haringey Rhinos 36-7 in the Herts-Middlesex League One.
The Elizabethans enjoyed the best of the first half, and with the wind behind them, opened the scoring after five minutes via Robbie Cameron-Staff.
From there it was all Elizabethans, who doubled up through James Oram; Harry Eade adding the extras.
Playmaker Peter Moulton turned scorer when he ran in a third try and Eade added the extras to send the Elizabethans into the break 19-0 up.
Moulton added his second after the restart, sealing the bonus point, before Ricky Stevens got in on the act; Eade converting once more.
Trailing 31-0, Haringey did get a converted try back, but Toby Smith hit back to seal a comfortable win.
The Elizabethans travel to Feltham on Saturday.
