Graham Stack has been appointed head of academy goalkeeping at Watford.
The experienced stopper, 36, will be tasked with overseeing the development of goalkeepers in Watford’s youth set-up.
His arrival comes as the Hornets continue to reshape the manner in which their academy is run in an attempt to ensure more players progress to the senior team.
Stack will leave Eastleigh to take up his new position and arrives at Vicarage Road with 310 career appearances to his name.
Starting his career at Arsenal, Stack has been on the books of 12 different clubs and has experience coaching while with Indian Super League side Kerela Blasters.
His arrival sees Tony Parks depart the club.
