Watford defender Craig Cathcart was involved as Northern Ireland finished their Euro 2020 qualification campaign with a 6-1 thrashing at the hands of Germany.
The centre-back had a tricky night at the heart of the defence with his partner Jonny Evans out through illness left back Jamal Lewis sidelined with a knee problem and Stuart Dallas also unavailable.
Despite taking a shock lead through Michael Smith's stunning strike after just seven minutes, Northern Ireland soon found life difficult as the Germans shifted through the gears and put six past Michael O'Neill's side, with Serge Gnabry scoring a hat-trick, Leon Goretzka pitching in with two and Julian Brandt finishing things off.
NI can still qualify for Euro 2020 via the playoffs, where they will play Bosnia and Herzegovina away from home.
