Daniel Strauss
Mill Hill Jiu Jitsu fighter Daniel Strauss has become the UK's first world champion in the discipline.
He saw off the reigning Pan American champion at the NoGi Jiu Jitsu World Championships in Los Angeles, winning in under two minutes to capture the juvenile lightweight division title.
This is the biggest and most prestigious competition in NoGi Jiu Jitsu.
It has been a fantastic year for Strauss, who earlier become the UK national champion in the adult division.
