Tahvon Campbell's last-gasp goal earned Wealdstone victory over Fylde at Grosvenor Vale.

Stuart Maynard made just one change to his starting line-up from midweek as Max Kretzschmar returned, with Nathan Ferguson back on the bench after suspension.

And the hosts took the lead on 10 minutes when Charles Clayden produced an excellent run on the left and crossed low for Campbell to net from close range.

Stones went close again when Sam Bowen played in Campbell, who rounded Theo Richardson but found the angle too tight to pick out the Welsh midfielder.

And Bowen had a shot well held by Richardson, before Fylde got back on terms on 37 minutes with a header from Gold Omotayo.

Alex Dyer had penalty claims for handball turned down. with Jed Ward saving well from Luke Charman before opposite number Richardson kept out a deflected Kretzschmar attempt.

Clayden went close to restoring the home side's lead on 42 minutes, as a low shot swerved just wide of the far post, and Kretzschmar saw a deflected effort held by Richardson seven minutes after the restart.

Fylde took the lead before the hour, though, when Nick Haughton scored from inside his own half, and Ward had to palm away another long-range effort from Danny Philliskirk moments later.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men when Pierce Bird was sent off on 62 minutes, with Micah Obiero firing over following a mazy run midway through the half.

Charles made way for Ferguson as Maynard made his first change, with Richardson clawing away an effort from Jack Cook after a deep cross from the substitute on 73 minutes.

Tarryn Allarakhia came on for Clayden soon after, with Sean Adarkwa replacing Kretzschmar in the final change 10 minutes from time.

Campbell fired over from the edge of the box, before Stones drew level on 86 minutes as Ferguson collected the ball in midfield, surged past two defenders and smashed a shot into the bottom corner of the net.

And the hosts sensed their chance, with Allarakhia seeing a shot blocked, Ferguson firing over and Adarkwa's header held by Richardson.

Another Campbell effort rolled wide of the post, before Charlie Barker headed Jayden Mundle-Smith's cross over in the seventh minute of stoppage time.

But Stones got their winner when a corner was whipped into the box and Barker headed it back across to Campbell to flick past Richardson.
