Barnet skipper Glen Southam will miss the trip to Torquay United on Saturday.
Southam was booked in last weekend's FA Cup tie against Charlton Athletic.
It means he has picked up five bookings this season, which results in a one-game suspension.
It will be a blow for the Bees, as Southam is one of their most influential players.
