The North Circular Road has reopened following a crash involving four cars.
The incident happened at approximately 4pm on the eastbound carriageway just before Edgware Road.
One person is believed to have been taken to hospital.
There are long delays on the North Circular and on the A40 approaching Hanger Lane.
