Police riot vans gathered in Whetstone High Road this morning to assist in the eviction of squatters from a former bank.
Officers from Barnet Police were called to the Allied Irish bank, in High Road, near to the junction with Oakleigh Road North, to assist the high court sheriff at 9am.
Several police units were spotted outside the building while the bailiffs executed a county court order to evict the occupiers.
No arrests were made.
