A man from Cricklewood has been charged in connection with the murder of a mother-of-one.

Nursery worker, Sabrina Moss, who grew up in Grahame Park, was shot while celebrating her 24th birthday in Kilburn last August.

Simon Baptiste, 29, of Rondu Road, Cricklewood, has been charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

Yassin James, 19, of Chaplain Road, Wembley, has also been charged with Sabrina Moss’s murder, the attempted murder of her friend Sabrina Gachette, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a firearm.

Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court today.

Martell Ricco Warren, 22, of Station Road, has previously been charged with the murder of Sabrina Moss and the attempted murder of Sabrina Gachette, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a firearm.

He has been remanded in custody to appear for trial on June 2, 2014.

Hassan Hussain, 29, of the Willesden area appeared at the Old Bailey on the same day for a Plea and Case Management Hearing. He was remanded in custody to appear at the same court for a dismissal hearing. 

Three more men and one woman have also been bailed to appear in court in connection with the murder.
