Flowers have been left at the scene where a 39-year-old man was murdered in an apparent robbery.

Zyndrunas Laurinavicius was killed by a single stab wound in an attack at the junction of Brent Street, in Hendon, last Thursday, July 3.

The police cordon was lifted the following day following forensic investigations and people have now left floral tributes in the area.

Candles also sit alongside a heart-shaped floral bouquet directly opposite Downage, where the incident happened.

Marlon O'Brien, 21, of Woodcocks, Canning Town, Terngy Agera, 23, of Sophia Road, Canning Town, and Terae Eusebe, 20, of Hatherley Gardens, Upton Park, have all been remanded in custody following hearings at the Old Bailey.

The three have been charged with murder and three teenagers were arrested but released on bail until September.

more sloppy journalism

the murder took place on 3rd July, not 'last Thursday', which would have been 10th July.

and have the flowers only just been left at the scene, two weeks later? I think we should know.
