Firefighters direct jets of water onto flames roaring from the roof of a burning pub.
This video taken by witness Carol Zerna shows the fire that has destroyed much of the roof of the Lansdowne pub in Burnt Oak Broadway.
Firefighters were called to the scene shortly before 12.10pm, and six engines were called in to deal with the blaze.
Nobody was hurt, but 20 children and adults were evacuated from a nearby primary school.
The fire was put out at 2.12pm.
