A man is being treated for smoke inhalation following a house fire in Southgate.
Emergency services were called to a house in Russell Road around 7.45am this morning (Thursday, January 12).
One man left the house before the fire brigade arrived.
He was treated for smoke inhalation by the London Ambulance Service before being taken to hospital.
The first was under control by around 9.05am.
Half of the first floor of an end-terrace property is said to be damaged.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
