A 70-year-old man who was hit by a car has died in hospital.
Barinder Lal Duggal, of Hendon, was treated by the London ambulance service after he was struck by a car in Holders Hill Road, at the entrance of Hendon Cemetery, on Thursday, January 12.
Police attended the scene around 6.10pm and Mr Duggal was taken to hospital, where he condition deteriorated until he died on Saturday (January 28).
The male driver of the silver Honda Civic stopped at the scene but was not arrested.
A female witness, thought to be a doctor, assisted at the scene and now police want to talk to her.
Mr Duggal’s next of kin have been notified, an inquest will be opened and a post-mortem examination will be arranged in due course.
