Shoppers took part in free Halloween-themed activities to prepare for the festive season.
Visitors of The Broadwalk Centre in Edgware met a "walkabout witch" who posed for photos and handed out balloons, before taking part in decoration-making activities, where children could make pumpkins, bats, ghosts or wizards to take home with them.
Angela Brooks, centre manager at The Broadwalk Centre, said: "Our October half term event was a real hit with local residents and I’m thrilled so many people were able to visit us on the day.
"Our walkabout witch was a real crowd puller and it was great to see so many children impressed with their Halloween balloons. I look forward to seeing more faces during our 2017 Christmas entertainment programme."
