Here are the roads affected by closures or maintenance work over the next week:

M1 northbound junction 6a to junction 10

Work on a street light upgrade will be continuing here from Monday, January 22 for five nights with lane closures in various location.

There will only be one closure on per night and it will be installed with the assistance of the police.

M1 northbound junction 6 to 7

Technology maintenance work will start Wednesday, January 24 and will last two nights between 9pm to 6am.

There will be multiple lane closures in place as a result.

M1 northbound and southbound hard shoulder closures junction 6 to junction 10

As part of this area’s street light upgrade scheme, work will be taking place here from Monday, January 22 for five days, to allow the disconnection and reconnection of the street lamps.

M1 northbound junction 14 to 15

Work will continue this week for two nights. The M1 from junction 14 to 15 will be closed and traffic will be diverted off at junction 14 to re-join the M1 at junction 15.

M25 junction 16 northbound

Work on M25 junction 16 northbound will start on Monday, January 22, lasting one night, with working hours of 9pm to 6am.

There will be a full closure of the road during this work.

M25 junction 22 to 21A, northbound

Work will start on Wednesday, January 24 and will last two nights, with working hours of 9pm to 6am.

There will be a full closure of the road during these works, with a clearly signed diversion route in place.

M25 junction 16 southbound

Maintenance work on M25 junction 16 southbound will start on Monday, January 22, for one night, between 9pm and 6am.

There will be multiple lane closures in place due to this work.
