George Smith went missing in August
THE man accused of murdering missing Barnet pensioner George Smith will appear at Crown Court in November.
Homeless Dwayne Cupidon, 25, is charged with murder following the disappearance of the popular 60-year-old from Finch Close in August.
Police say Mr Smith's body has not been discovered, but they have reason to believe he has been murdered.
Mr Cupidon will appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Thursday, November 5.
