I listened to Mayor of London Ken Livingstone's heartfelt speech following last Thursday's bomb atrocity with mounting disgust.

I believe hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Last year, despite loud protestations, he invited terrorist-supporting Islamic extremist Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi to visit him in London.

Did he think he could appeal to this man's finer sense of humanity or does he now feel any shame at entertaining this known supporter of violence?
