IT was a good bank holiday for Bishop's Stortford Swifts as they secured maximum points from their games with Kelvedon Hatch and Epping.
Goals from Chris Perry and Dan Waller helped see off Hatch on Good Friday, despite the hosts scoring through Ade Ademakinwa.
And Swifts banked three more points when they secured a narrow victory over local rivals Epping the following day.
The game's only goal came two minutes after the break when Kalam Mooniaruck raced on to a free kick before firing past Epping keeper John Thomas.
Swifts continue their league programme this Saturday with a home game against Manford Way.
