A MAN is standing trial this afternoon in connection with the death of a cyclist knocked off her bike during an early morning ride last year.
Clive Sanford, 50, of Chiddingfold, north Finchley, is accused of careless driving following the death of massage therapist Zoe Sheldrake.
The 31-year-old, from Borehamwood, died after being knocked off her bike on the A41 in Edgware on April 26 last year.
She trained as a massage therapist at Stanmore College shortly before her death.
Mr Sanford denied the charge when he appeared at Wood Green Crown Court in March.
