The Mayor and Mayoress of Barnet will visit Hendon next week, for the Bell Lane Children's Centre's Annual Garden Party.
The Garden Party on Friday, July 6, marks the fourth anniversary of the under 5s Children's Centre, which was set up by Bell Lane Primary School headteacher Elaine Wilson in 2008.
A light buffet lunch will be served and children's activities will be running throughout the day.
The Mayor, Councillor Brian Schama, and Mayoress, Mrs Lynda Schama, will have a chance to meet members of the local community, and get a feel for the Children's Centre's work.
The party, which is for members of the local community, will start at 10am, with the Mayor and Mayoress arriving at 12pm.
