Students hiked five miles to raise £1,000 for a children’s hospice in Barnet.
Health, Education and Social Care pupils at Barnet and Southgate College handed over the cash to Noah’s Ark Hospice last Friday.
The money will go towards supporting charity’s work, providing support to life-limited and life-threatened children and their families.
David Byrne, principal at the college, said: “We hope that the amount raised helps towards the vision of building their own premises and continuing their great work.”
More than 60 students and staff took part in the walk at the end of March.
