Barnet’s Conservative-led council is doing a great job as a whole in Colindale.
Disused wastelands have been transformed into thriving new homes. Colindale Tube station is now looking very fresh and nice, even though there are still more clean-ups to be done.
Colindale Avenue is now resurfaced and looking very nice indeed.
Residents initially had reservations about the major works in Colindale, but many are now pleasantly surprised at the fresh, positive picture emerging, as it all comes together.
A bit more local involvement would be good, to make residents feel part of the developments.
Apart from that, Colindale is changing for the better. Well done to the Conservative-led Barnet Borough Council.
