Hendon were comfortably beaten 46-0 against Old Merchant Taylors in Herts/Middlesex League One.
Hendon began the game on the attack but missed an early penalty. It proved costly as Taylors then ran in the first of their five first half tries.
The hosts never looked in danger after going ahead and continued to cross the line with relative ease throughout the half to go in at the break 41-0 ahead. A much improved performance from Hendon saw them restrict Taylors in the second period but the home side did manage to add another try to complete the scoring.
Hendon entertain Old Millhillians at Copthall this Saturday.
