Barnet’s Underhill stadium will host Arsenal’s fourth round FA Youth Cup clash against Fulham on Thursday.
The Gunners dispatched Newcastle 3-0 in the third round of the competition to set up the match against the Cottagers.
England youth international Chuba Akpom was on target against the Magpies and believes playing at Underhill gives the Gunners a boost.
He said: “I think the supporters are really good to us. They know we have a good team. Barnet’s like home now. We’ve played there for years and it gives us a boost. We’re used to the pitch and I think that will give us an edge.
“We want to go all the way. Last season was terrible [against Derby]. I only played a few minutes, but coming off the pitch, I felt like I’d been on for the whole game.
“I was so distraught. It’s good to get past the first game. Now we want to go all the way and be like Jack Wilshere’s team [that won the trophy in 2009]. I think we’re good enough to do it.”
The match kicks off at 7pm and tickets can be bought up on the night for £1 concessions, £3 adults.
