Barnet round off their Skrill Premier campaign with a trip to Lincoln City tomorrow and, while the match means little to either side, Graham Stack says the Bees will give everything to win.
There is little at stake at Sincil Bank. Should results go their way, Barnet could end the season in seventh while the Imps are firmly lodged in mid-table.
James Harper, Jon Nurse and Jack Saville will not feature for the Bees after they were told they could leave the club by head coach Martin Allen. Midfielder Kieran Cadogan also departed this week.
There are no injury concerns for Allen who said after Monday’s draw with Braintree Town that he would put out the strongest side possible.
That is likely to include Stack and the Barnet goalkeeper says the players owe it to the travelling supporters to produce a good display.
“We want to win every game and get as many points as possible,” Stack explained. “We’ll go to Lincoln looking to win out of respect for the club and for the supporters that will make the trip.
“We will be professional. By no means will we go there and not put the effort in, it’s not in my nature or in the nature of the group of players here.
“I don’t think the gaffer will accept anything less than 100 per cent. It is a nothing game for either team but it’s one I think we can win.”
