London Broncos' away-day woes continued on Sunday as they were beaten 28-2 by second-placed Bradford Bulls, a result head coach Andrew Henderson felt was a missed opportunity.

With three Championship wins on the bounce prior to their trip to face the side relegated along with them from the Super League last season, Broncos were unable to capitalise on their recent run.

And speaking to the club website, Henderson said: "We built some momentum in recent weeks, we’ve grinded down some opposition and I think we had a great opportunity to come and get two points.

"Unfortunately in the second half we didn’t have that energy, we didn’t have that enthusiasm and as I’ve said we weren’t clinical with the ball in hand."

He added: "The field position we did have in good ball we didn’t execute well enough. I didn’t feel we were clinical with the ball and our quality in the sets wasn’t good enough either. I just felt at times we weren’t kicking with any purpose at the end of sets it was kind of what we made up on the spot."

The Broncos do not have a fixture this weekend but return to action on Saturday, April 26 when they host Dewsbury Rams at The Hive (3pm kick-off).
