With the League Two season kicking off tomorrow, the Times Series is asking Barnet fans – where will the Bees finish this season?

With the club escaping relegation from the Football League on the final day of the past three league campaigns, it is easy to assume the status quo will be continued and the Bees will be once again battling to avoid the drop.

Add the fact last season’s top scorer Izale McLeod has left and the squad is a young one without much Football League experience and it is easy to see why Barnet can be easily written off as relegation certainties.

However, despite suffering a 5-1 defeat against Birmingham on Tuesday night, the Bees impressed.

Under Mark Robson there is a clear philosophy on how the club will play and those young players signed suit that style.

Jon Fortune brings some much needed experience to the defence – something that was lacking last season – and there is good competition in midfield with the acquisitions Oliver Lee, Ahmed Abdulla and Curtis Weston.

So will it be another year battling against relegation? Or will the Bees upset the odds and battle in the top half of the table?
