Barnet crash out of Herts Senior Cup (From Times Series)

Barnet knocked out after suffering 2-1 defeat to Ware in the Herts Senior Cup

Barnet were dumped out of the Herts Senior Cup last night after losing 2-1 to Ware.

Ware caught the Bees cold and opened the scoring within five minutes and maintained their advantage until half time.

A minute after the restart Barnet were back on level terms through Iffy Allen but their joy was short-lived as they fell behind again 60 seconds later.

Ware then held on to their 2-1 lead to ensure their progression into the next round.
