A new video campaign hopes to make food waste history in Hertfordshire.

WasteAware is encouraging Hertfordshire residents to make the most of their food and save money with the launch of its new video ‘Making food waste history’.

The Hertfordshire Partnership group believes that families could save up to £700 a year if they follow its four guidelines to plan ahead, store food correctly, cook only what you need and recycle what you can’t eat.
