A man has been charged in connection with the murder of a Tottenham man who was found dead in his flat last month.

Kelvin Onubogu, 37, was found by police at his flat in Higham Road on November 8, at 11pm, after an assault was reported.

A 29-year-old man appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with his murder. The man was remanded in custody and is due to stand trial at the Old Bailey on March 17.

A 21-year-old man arrested last month in connection with the murder has been bailed to return on December 18.

Police are still looking for two other men who may have been involved in the murder. Detectives believe four men visited Mr Onubogu's home, a terraced house split into four bed-sits, at about 9pm and left at about 10.20pm. It is thought they made off on the W4 bus after the attack and police are still appealing for any passengers on the bus to contact them.

Anyone who knew Mr Onubogu or has any information about the incident is asked to call police on 020 8358 0300 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
